Hello, and thank you for visiting my Florida AIDS Walk & Music Festival webpage! For the past 8 years, I’ve taken an active part in the battle against AIDS by participating in a 5K fundraising run along Fort Lauderdale Beach. OK, OK, March also marks it's too hot in South FL by March, so "run" probably means walk REALLY, REALLY, REALLY fast, lol. 

While HIV and AIDS have fallen out of the spotlight in recent years, the epidemic is far from over. We walk for the 1+ million people in the US are living with HIV, the 15% that do not know their status, to remember those who no longer can, to remind you that you’re not alone. We walk for a nation. We walk for change.
