My name is Gena Grant, and I am a community advocate committed to supporting and uplifting People Living With HIV/AIDS. My participation in the 2026 Florida AIDS Walk & Music Festival is deeply personal and rooted in years of community-centered work focused on education, connection, and care.

I believe the fight against HIV/AIDS goes far beyond medicine. It’s about visibility, compassion, and making sure no one feels forgotten or alone. Through my activism, I’ve worked to help create inclusive spaces where people can access resources, find support, and reclaim joy despite stigma and systemic barriers.

By raising funds for the Florida AIDS Walk & Music Festival, I am supporting critical programs that provide prevention education, direct services, and ongoing support for individuals and families impacted by HIV/AIDS. Every donation made through my page helps move us closer to equity, dignity, and hope.

I walk in memory of those we’ve lost, in solidarity with those still fighting, and with the belief that together, we can make real change.
