Hi friends,

This year, I’m walking in the Florida AIDS Walk to support a community I care about deeply: queer women in South Florida. As someone who witnesses the strength, joy, and challenges of our community every day, I know how much visibility and support truly matter.

AQUA Foundation for Women is one of the only organizations in South Florida dedicated to uplifting lesbian, bisexual, trans, and nonbinary women. Too often, our stories are left out of conversations about HIV/AIDS, prevention, and health equity. AQUA changes that; through education, community support, leadership development, and spaces where queer women can feel safe, seen, and empowered.

That’s why I’m walking. And it’s why I’m asking for your help.
