Walk With Me. Support AQUA. Protect Queer Women’s Health.

Hi friends,

After decades of being part of South Florida’s queer community, I have been held, supported, and lifted by so many of you. This year, I am asking you to stand with me once again as I walk in the Florida AIDS Walk in support of AQUA Foundation for Women.

AQUA is one of the few organizations truly dedicated to the lives and wellbeing of queer women: lesbian, bisexual, trans, and nonbinary. Their work ensures that women in our community have access to wellness education, support, leadership opportunities, and affirming spaces where they are seen and valued.

I am walking because queer women deserve to be centered, protected, and celebrated. I am walking because our stories are too often left out. I am walking because AQUA makes a difference and needs our support.
