Hello, and thank you for visiting the Broward EQFL Florida AIDS Walk & Music Festival webpage! We’ve decided to take an active part in the battle against HIV/AIDS, and although the Walk and Festival have been cancelled--the work, and the fundraising to support that work have not. Every donation is welcome!

The HIV/AIDS epidemic is far from over. An estimated 1.1 million people in the US are living with HIV, and 15% of them don’t even know it. Of the nation's 48 counties with the highest incidences of HIV transmission, Florida is home to seven--with Broward and Dade leading the list!

Florida AIDS Walk works to bring attention to this pressing issue, to educate and inspire our community to work together to end the epidemic once and for all. Through it, donations that support the important work of Equality Florida--including HIV destigmatization through education, advocacy and policy change, will be DOUBLED!
