Thank you for visiting Broward House's Florida AIDS Walk & Music Festival webpage! Since 1988, Broward House has served the Broward County community who live with HIV.
The mission of Broward House is to improve the quality of life for individuals impacted with chronic health challenges, including HIV, by providing pathways to wellness. We welcome people of all backgrounds, genders, races and sexual orientations. Our goals are simple: to support the health and stability of each individual who walks through our door with a plan unique to their goals. While Broward House began its mission by providing housing, and it remains a core component of services, it is realized that individuals require an array of support services for true healing to occur. It is this philosophy that has led to the expansion to a full array of support, behavioral health, prevention and health care services. On Saturday, March 19, Broward House will be participating in a 5K fundraising walk to help raise funds for local HIV and AIDS service organizations. We need your help.
While HIV and AIDS have fallen out of the spotlight in recent years, the epidemic is far from over. An estimated 1.1 million people in the US are living with HIV, and 15% of them don’t know it. Will you help Broward House make a difference in this fight by donating to our walk to fight HIV?
Your gift makes a direct impact on Broward House's mission and goal to support people living with HIV/AIDS and help them thrive. Florida AIDS Walk works to bring attention to this pressing issue, educate and inspire our community to work together, and end the epidemic once and for all.
Together, we are making a difference! Browardhouse.org
