Hello, and thank you for visiting my Florida AIDS Walk & Music Festival webpage!  We aim high for this year's 5K fundraising walk on March 9, 2024.  

Why support my team? 

• South Florida's Miami-Dade and Broward counties rank first and second in the nation for their rates of new HIV infections.
• The CDC reports that new HIV cases are rising rapidly amongst gay Latinos, in South Florida.  Latinos now represent 68% of Miami-Dade's new HIV cases (up from 50% a decade ago), and 31% of Broward's (up form 18%)
• Latinos Salud is the only gay, Latino HIV agency in the state of Florida with free, walk-in services.

What happens with your donation?

Latinos Salud's free services include: HIV rapid testing, STD testing, STD Treatment, PrEP intake and prescription, PEP assistance, Immunizations (COVID, Meningitis, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Monkeypox), linkage-to-care services, Ryan White case management, anti-stigma campaigns, life coaching programs, youth HIV prevention programs; peer leadership health promotion programs, HIV+ support groups, condom and safer sex supply delivery service to businesses serving the gay community, and outreach both online and at late night venues.
