Welcome to our World AIDS Museum (WAM) Florida AIDS Walk & Music Festival Team Page! We’ve come together to make a difference in the fight against HIV and AIDS, and we’re excited to have you with us. On Saturday, March 15, 2025, we will participate in a 5K fundraising walk along the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beach. Join us for an incredible day of community, hope, and action!

WAM is thrilled to have been selected as a beneficiary and team participant of the 2025 Florida AIDS Walk & Music Festival! This event is an educational fundraising initiative managed by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) to support organizations that help Floridians living with HIV/AIDS. AHF is a global nonprofit organization providing high-quality HIV care and services to those in need.

While HIV and AIDS have fallen out of the spotlight in recent years, the epidemic is far from over - especially in our own backyard. Broward County has one of the highest HIV infection rates in the country, with thousands of residents living with the virus and many others remain unaware of their status.

Your gift makes a direct impact on WAM's goal to save lives right here in Broward County from the devastation of HIV/AIDS.  This year, we're aiming high to make an even bigger impact as we walk to end the HIV Epidemic in South Florida.
