Broward House Refill the Gap

For more than two years, the residents of Broward House’s Monroe Street community have lived with a growing danger just outside their doors.

A sinkhole is currently threatening not only their safety but the very homes that represent their healing, recovery, and hope.

“This home is more than four walls, for me, it is the first safe place I have had in years,” a client told us. He still remembers stepping into his apartment for the first time, the warmth, the cleanliness, the feeling that he was finally home.

We need your help to raise $90,000 to refill and repair the sinkhole, reinforce the foundation, and preserve the peace and dignity that Broward House residents deserve.

Your gift, no matter the amount, helps keep families safe, secure, and housed. And, thanks to the Florida AIDS Walk, your gift will be matched 75%!

You can help protect the foundation that has allowed so many to rebuild their lives. Together, we will make sure Monroe Street continues to be more than just a place to live but a place to grow, heal, and thrive.
